N82 vs N95 8GB : Is it Just the Xenon or Something More?

I'm always fascinated by the Camera performances of Nokia devices,N95 8GB and the N82 they both have proved it very clearly.Last year I trialed an N82 from WOM world and that was the best camera phone I've ever handled. That's why I bought an N82 on very first day of this year, though it is old but still proven to be gold in performance.Obviously the N82 is like N95 8GB in mono-block,but close inspection of the imaging outputs reveal lot more significant differences. Now with both devices in hand I can conduct a detailed comparison, but what I'm bringing on this post isn't something that I had in my mind, planned to write or test,it just happened to be coincidentally discovered.
By Experience I knew that the N82 is a well performer at Night Time,so for the very first shot from my device,I tried it out at dark.I switched of the lights in my room and opened the camera lens cover, then I notices that the Ceiling Fan is switched on an I instantaneously direct the camera to the rotating fan and took a photo. The result took me by surprise, though the fan was rotating in high speed, the image appeared on the screen was showing a still photo of the fan, also perfectly illuminated by the Xenon flash. This is the first time I discovered this kind of performance on a mobile phone camera and I was curious to check whether it applies in a same manner for the N95 8GB too.
But When I shoot with my N95 8GB from the same distance the image wasn't the same as it was produced from the N82.The only physically visible difference between the N82's and the N95 8GB's camera module is the different types of flash it use,and the N82's camera lens cover which isn't effecting the image quality in any way.The N82 uses its Xenon flash and especially in night time photography this is proven to be a superb successor.

One thing I noticed during this shoot,is that the red light which comes out from the N82's flash before we snap the photo is projected onto the target about 3feet away(in this case,my ceiling fan),which acts as a locator or a way finder in the pit black environment. But in the other hand the N95 8GB's red light doesn't reach that far, thus I had to shoot while I'm blindfolded. Also when you look at these two images it's obvious that the Xenon light illuminate the scene very well than the N95 8GB's LED.
But what's the reason behind the N82's image showing all the 3 rotors of the moving Fan clearly and N95 8GB's image showing them in blurry motion.I even tried by changing the shooting mode to "Sports" on N95 8GB's but as you can see here there is no much improvement.

So let's have a look on the camera specifications of both the devices,
N95 8GB Camera

N82 Camera
Camera Resolution : 2592 x 1944
Digital Zoom :20 x
Sensor CMOS : 1/2.5”, CMOS 5 megapixels
Focal length : 5.6 mm
F-Stop/Aperture :f/2.8
Focus range : 10 cm to infinity
Image Format : JPEG/Exif
Camera Features : Auto Exposure, Auto Focus, Carl Zeiss Optics, Flash, Red-Eye Reduction, Self Timer
Flash : Xenon
When you compare these figures they are virtually identical,so what makes this difference?I think the Shutter speed has something to do with these outputs,So the N82 must have a faster shutter when compared to the N95 8GB's Shutter. Therefore N82 is far better in handling the light and thus give out a very clear still image out put of a moving object. If any one of you can come up with a more broader explanation, please leave a comment.
